Why Ride
We ride in the spirit of Terry Fox.
After losing his leg to cancer, Terry Fox began the Marathon of Hope to raise money for cancer research and show what courage, purpose, and community can do. This ride continues that mission by bringing people together to support the cause, raise funds, and help fight cancer.
Terry's story still leads the day.
Terry Fox set out across Canada with one goal: raise money and hope for people facing cancer. His legacy is why this event exists and why every kilometre matters.
